FUNKY TIGER CARDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Funky Tiger Cards.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Funky Tiger Cards website and the purchase and use of our products and services.

Throughout these Terms, “Funky Tiger Cards”, “FunkyTigerCards”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Funky Tiger Cards. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to the person purchasing, booking or otherwise using our services or submitting an item to us.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.

Funky Tiger Cards provides specialist services relating to collectible trading cards, including cleaning, restoration, dent and crease treatment, slab cracking, grading assessments, grading support, grading submissions, collection valuations and related collector services.

These services involve customer-owned collectible items which may be rare, valuable, fragile or irreplaceable. It is therefore particularly important that you read these Terms, including the sections relating to restoration risk, grading, postage and limitations of liability, before submitting any item to us.

By placing an order, submitting an item, accepting services at an event or trade show, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms together with any service-specific terms presented to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UK law.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract with us.

Where a person under the age of 18 wishes to use our Services, the order should be placed or authorised by their parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or contacting us about a service, you must provide accurate, current and complete information.

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, delivery address and information concerning the cards or other items submitted.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details supplied to us remain accurate so that we can contact you regarding your order.

If you create an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity undertaken through your account.

SECTION 2 – ORDERS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant products or services.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a service has been incorrectly priced;
  • an inappropriate service or value tier has been selected;
  • we believe the requested work is unsuitable for the card;
  • undertaking the requested work would create an unreasonable risk of damage;
  • the information provided by the customer is materially inaccurate;
  • we are unable to safely provide the requested service; or
  • customer behaviour makes it unreasonable for us to continue providing the service.

Where appropriate, we may contact you before beginning work to discuss alternative services, additional costs or risks identified during our initial inspection.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOMER OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORITY

By submitting a card or other item to Funky Tiger Cards, you confirm that:

  1. you are the lawful owner of the item or have the owner’s express permission to submit it;
  2. you have authority to instruct us to undertake the requested work;
  3. the item has not been obtained unlawfully; and
  4. the information you provide regarding the item is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may refuse to work on or return an item where we reasonably have concerns regarding ownership, authenticity or legality.

Ownership of a customer’s card remains with the customer at all times.

SECTION 4 – CARD VALUES AND SERVICE TIERS

Certain Funky Tiger Cards services are priced according to the estimated Near Mint market value of the card.

Where this applies, you are responsible for selecting the appropriate value tier when placing your order.

Card values may be assessed using recent publicly available market information, comparable sales and other relevant information available to us.

Collectible card values can fluctuate significantly and any value used for pricing purposes is not a guarantee of the card’s current or future value.

If we reasonably determine that a card has been submitted under an incorrect value tier, we may pause the order and require payment of the difference before work continues or before the item is returned.

Deliberately understating the value of an item in order to obtain a lower service price may result in cancellation of the order.

SECTION 5 – NATURE OF RESTORATION SERVICES

Trading cards are delicate collectible items manufactured from layered paper, card, coatings, inks, foils and other materials.

Cleaning and restoration work necessarily involves physical interaction with these materials.

Our restoration services are therefore provided on a best endeavours basis.

We aim to improve the presentation and condition of cards where reasonably possible, but restoration is not an exact process and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

The purpose of restoration is improvement rather than perfection.

Some defects may improve substantially, some may improve only partially and others may not respond to treatment at all.

The final result will depend on factors including the card’s age, construction, previous storage, previous treatments, material condition and the nature and severity of the defect.

SECTION 6 – INHERENT RISKS OF RESTORATION

By instructing Funky Tiger Cards to undertake cleaning, restoration or other physical work on a card, you acknowledge that such work carries inherent risks.

These can include, without limitation:

  • changes to surface appearance;
  • changes to gloss or finish;
  • movement or worsening of existing damage;
  • whitening;
  • edge or corner changes;
  • surface marks;
  • fibre movement;
  • delamination;
  • print or foil sensitivity;
  • changes in card shape or structure;
  • worsening of dents or creases;
  • previously concealed defects becoming visible;
  • damage arising from previously weakened or compromised material; and
  • changes in the card’s desirability, grade or market value.

We take reasonable care when working on customer items and will not intentionally undertake work which we consider unreasonably unsafe.

However, a card’s internal condition and previous history cannot always be determined through visual inspection.

By proceeding with a restoration service, you accept the inherent risks associated with the treatment you have requested.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

SECTION 7 – CLEANING AND POLISHING

Cleaning and polishing services are intended to improve the presentation of a card by reducing appropriate removable surface contaminants, marks or residue.

Not every mark can or should be removed.

Certain marks may form part of the printing, coating or structure of the card and attempting to remove them could cause damage.

Where we consider further treatment inappropriate, we may stop treatment rather than risk unnecessary damage.

Cleaning and polishing does not guarantee an improvement in grading outcome or market value.

SECTION 8 – DENT AND CREASE TREATMENT

Dent and crease treatments aim to reduce the visual or structural appearance of suitable defects.

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Damage may involve permanently displaced, compressed, stretched, separated or broken card fibres which cannot safely be returned to their original manufactured state.

Some evidence of the original defect may therefore remain following treatment.

In some circumstances, attempting further improvement would create an unacceptable risk of causing additional damage. We reserve the right to stop treatment at the point we consider reasonably appropriate.

SECTION 9 – SLAB CRACKING

Slab cracking involves physically opening a third-party grading holder in order to remove the enclosed card.

This process carries inherent risks.

Although reasonable care and appropriate methods will be used, risks can include:

  • cracking or fragmentation of the slab;
  • movement of the card inside the holder;
  • contact between the card and slab components;
  • scratches, dents, edge or corner damage;
  • pre-existing pressure or pinching becoming apparent;
  • damage caused by the construction or condition of the holder; and
  • previously concealed card damage becoming visible once removed.

By requesting a slab cracking service, you expressly authorise Funky Tiger Cards to permanently open and destroy the existing grading holder.

Once cracked, the original slab cannot be restored to its previous condition and any grade or certification attached to that encapsulation should not be assumed to remain applicable to the raw card.

Funky Tiger Cards cannot guarantee that a card removed from a slab will receive the same, higher or any particular grade if subsequently submitted for grading.

SECTION 10 – PRE-GRADING ASSESSMENTS

Our grading assessments represent our professional opinion of a card’s condition at the time of inspection.

Assessments may consider factors such as:

  • centering;
  • corners;
  • edges;
  • surface condition;
  • printing defects;
  • manufacturing defects; and
  • other visible characteristics.

Any grade, grade range or grading potential discussed or provided by Funky Tiger Cards is an estimate only.

Third-party grading companies apply their own standards, processes and judgement. Those standards may change and grading decisions may vary between graders or between separate submissions of the same card.

We therefore cannot guarantee any particular grade.

A difference between our assessment and a grade subsequently awarded by a grading company does not, by itself, mean that our assessment was negligent or incorrect.

SECTION 11 – GRADING SUBMISSIONS

Where we submit cards to a third-party grading company on your behalf, the grading service is ultimately provided by that third party.

Funky Tiger Cards does not control:

  • grading decisions;
  • turnaround times;
  • grading company policies;
  • card encapsulation;
  • certification;
  • delays;
  • administrative errors; or
  • changes to third-party grading standards.

Third-party grading services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.

We will take reasonable care when handling and facilitating grading submissions but cannot guarantee the outcome or timescale of a third-party grading service.

SECTION 12 – MARKET VALUE AND FINANCIAL OUTCOMES

Collectible card values are subjective and may change rapidly.

Restoration, cleaning, slab removal, grading or other services may increase, decrease or have no effect upon a card’s market value.

Funky Tiger Cards does not guarantee that undertaking any service will increase the value, saleability or grading potential of an item.

Unless expressly provided as part of a paid valuation service, comments regarding value are general guidance only and should not be treated as financial, investment or professional valuation advice.

SECTION 13 – TURNAROUND TIMES

Any turnaround time provided by Funky Tiger Cards is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Turnaround times may vary depending upon:

  • workload;
  • complexity of the work;
  • condition of the card;
  • treatment response;
  • postal delays;
  • third-party grading times;
  • availability of materials;
  • holidays;
  • family commitments;
  • other employment commitments; and
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timescales but cannot guarantee completion by a particular date unless expressly agreed.

Express or priority services affect the position of an order within our workload but do not remove the need to undertake work safely and appropriately.

SECTION 14 – SENDING ITEMS TO FUNKY TIGER CARDS

Where cards are sent to us by post, you must follow the postal instructions supplied with your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the correct address is used;
  • the package is adequately protected;
  • your order number is included where requested;
  • sufficient postage is paid; and
  • an appropriate postal service and compensation level are selected.

We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number and proof of postage.

Until a package has been confirmed as delivered to our designated PO Box, the package remains within the sender’s postal arrangement.

Funky Tiger Cards is not responsible for loss, damage, delay or misdelivery occurring before confirmed delivery to our designated PO Box where those circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

Where appropriate, the sender will need to pursue a claim with the postal or courier service they selected.

SECTION 15 – PO BOX AND TRANSFER TO FUNKY HQ

For security reasons, customer orders are delivered to a designated secure PO Box rather than directly to Funky Tiger Cards’ operating premises (“Funky HQ”).

Packages received at our PO Box are periodically consolidated for onward transportation to Funky HQ.

Customer packages will ordinarily remain sealed in the original packaging supplied by the customer while at the PO Box and during onward transportation. They will not ordinarily be opened or inspected until they have safely reached Funky HQ.

The consolidated postal consignment is sent from the PO Box to Funky HQ using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

Unless we state otherwise, the postal service selected provides compensation cover of up to £750 for the postal consignment, subject to Royal Mail’s applicable terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements, evidence requirements and compensation limits.

The £750 figure does not represent £750 of separate cover for every individual customer package contained within a consolidated consignment.

While the consignment is physically in Royal Mail’s custody, its transportation and handling are outside Funky Tiger Cards’ direct control.

Funky Tiger Cards will not be responsible for loss, delay or damage caused solely by Royal Mail while the consignment is within Royal Mail’s custody, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where the loss or damage resulted from a failure by Funky Tiger Cards to exercise reasonable care.

SECTION 16 – LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING PO BOX TRANSFER

If a consolidated consignment is lost or damaged while being transported from our PO Box to Funky HQ, Funky Tiger Cards will make or assist with the appropriate claim to Royal Mail.

Customers agree to provide any information reasonably required to support that claim, including evidence of ownership or value where available.

Royal Mail will determine whether compensation is payable in accordance with its applicable terms and compensation scheme.

Funky Tiger Cards cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will accept a claim or pay the maximum compensation available.

Where compensation is recovered for a consignment containing property belonging to more than one customer, the amount recovered will be allocated fairly and proportionately between affected customers, having regard to the evidenced value of each customer’s affected property and the amount actually recovered.

Where appropriate compensation is recovered from Royal Mail in respect of a customer’s property, Funky Tiger Cards will pass the amount properly attributable to that customer to them.

The value declared by a customer, the market value of a card and the maximum compensation level offered by Royal Mail do not necessarily represent the amount Royal Mail will pay following a successful claim.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be limited.

SECTION 17 – RECEIPT AND STORAGE AT FUNKY HQ

Once a package reaches Funky HQ, we will handle and store customer property with reasonable care.

Customer cards may be stored in secure areas, including safes or other secure storage, while awaiting or undergoing work.

Where reasonably practicable, customers will be notified when their order has been received.

Customers acknowledge that notification may not occur immediately upon physical delivery and may be provided after orders have been received, processed and checked into our workflow.

SECTION 18 – RETURN POSTAGE

Once work is complete, items will be returned using the postal or delivery method applicable to the customer’s order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their return address is complete and accurate.

We may require additional payment where a customer requests a different or enhanced delivery or compensation service.

Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail or another courier are estimates supplied by the relevant carrier and are outside our direct control.

If a return consignment is delayed, lost or damaged, we will cooperate with any appropriate carrier investigation or claim where Funky Tiger Cards arranged the postage.

SECTION 19 – TRADE SHOW AND EVENT SERVICES

Services undertaken at trade shows, card shows or other events may be subject to additional Card Show Services Terms & Conditions.

Customers may be required to accept those terms before any work is undertaken.

This may be completed digitally through our website even where no payment is required.

Where a card is left with us at a show for work to be completed later, the customer may also be required to accept our Card Show Drop-Off Terms & Conditions.

No work will be undertaken where required acceptance has not been provided.

Service-specific terms supplement these general Terms. Where a service-specific provision directly conflicts with these general Terms in relation to that particular service, the service-specific provision will apply to the extent of that conflict, subject always to applicable law.

SECTION 20 – COMMUNICATION

We aim to keep customers reasonably informed regarding their orders.

Depending on the service, updates may be provided when:

  • an order is received;
  • work begins;
  • significant issues arise;
  • further customer approval is required; or
  • work is completed.

Customers are welcome to make reasonable enquiries regarding their orders.

However, repeated or excessive requests for updates can interfere with restoration work and may delay our ability to process orders.

We do not guarantee immediate responses, particularly outside our normal social or business hours, during events, holidays or periods when we are undertaking restoration work.

SECTION 21 – CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We expect communications between Funky Tiger Cards and customers to remain respectful.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where a customer engages in behaviour that we reasonably consider:

  • abusive;
  • threatening;
  • harassing;
  • discriminatory;
  • intimidating;
  • excessively persistent;
  • deliberately misleading; or
  • otherwise unreasonable.

Where services are terminated for these reasons, charges for work already properly completed remain payable.

Any outstanding reasonable return postage or other applicable costs may also remain payable.

This section does not prevent a customer from making a genuine complaint, exercising statutory rights or reasonably challenging the quality of a service.

SECTION 22 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors and any adjustment required where an incorrect service or card-value tier has been selected.

Any applicable delivery charges or additional service charges will be displayed or communicated where appropriate.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.

Where additional work or payment is required, we may pause an order until the customer’s agreement and/or payment has been received.

SECTION 23 – CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Cancellation and refund rights depend upon the nature of the product or service purchased and the stage at which work has progressed.

Our Refund Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

Where you ask us to begin providing a service during any statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly request that work begins.

Where permitted by law, if you subsequently cancel after work has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Once a service has been fully performed following the appropriate request and acknowledgement, statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

SECTION 24 – PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products and services.

Images, photographs, colours and examples displayed on our website are illustrative and may appear differently depending upon the device or display being used.

Examples of previous restoration work demonstrate results achieved on particular cards. They do not constitute a promise that another card will achieve the same result.

Every card is different and treatment outcomes will vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services and to limit availability where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 25 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those rights and restrictions, Funky Tiger Cards will not be responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or which arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where you are acting as a consumer, these Terms do not exclude or restrict your statutory rights.

Funky Tiger Cards does not accept responsibility merely because:

  • a restoration does not achieve the level of improvement hoped for;
  • a defect cannot be completely removed;
  • a grading company awards a lower grade than anticipated;
  • a card’s market value changes;
  • a restoration does not increase the value of a card;
  • a third-party grading company changes its standards or policies; or
  • a carrier experiences a delay or other event outside our reasonable control.

This does not remove our obligation to perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

SECTION 26 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • postal or courier disruption;
  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • fire;
  • flood;
  • widespread power or communications failures;
  • industrial action;
  • government restrictions;
  • failure of third-party services;
  • serious illness or emergency; or
  • other events which could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.

SECTION 27 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain aspects of our Services rely upon third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, Royal Mail, courier companies and grading companies.

Where you use or interact with a third-party service, that provider may apply its own terms, policies and procedures.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties where those matters are outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 28 – SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and services online.

Purchases made through the Funky Tiger Cards store are contracts between you and Funky Tiger Cards, not between you and Shopify.

Shopify may process information relating to your use of our website in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices.

SECTION 29 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through our Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, who it may be shared with and your applicable rights.

Because our website is hosted using Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store and fulfil orders.

Our Privacy Policy can be viewed here: [PRIVACY POLICY LINK]

SECTION 30 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Funky Tiger Cards name, branding, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, photographs, videos and other original materials produced by us are owned by or licensed to Funky Tiger Cards.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or represented as belonging to another person or business without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, card artwork, grading company names, trading card brands and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party brand does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

SECTION 31 – CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT

We may photograph customer cards as part of our normal service process for record keeping, condition assessment and documenting work undertaken.

We will handle personal information associated with those records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not intentionally publish information that identifies a customer alongside their property without an appropriate basis or permission.

Where photographs of cards are used for educational, portfolio or marketing purposes, we will take reasonable steps not to disclose unnecessary customer-identifying information.

SECTION 32 – REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily provide a review, testimonial, suggestion or other feedback, you grant Funky Tiger Cards permission to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including improving and promoting our Services.

Where feedback is published publicly, we may reproduce or share it in accordance with applicable law and platform terms.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading or infringes another person’s rights.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from providing an honest account of their experience or exercising any legal right.

SECTION 33 – PROHIBITED USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You must not use our website or Services:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • to infringe another person’s intellectual property or other rights;
  • to transmit malicious software;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of our website;
  • to collect personal information unlawfully;
  • to impersonate another person;
  • to submit deliberately false information; or
  • in any other manner that materially interferes with our ability to provide the Services.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.

SECTION 34 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, outdated information or other inaccuracies relating to matters such as pricing, descriptions, availability or turnaround times.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where reasonably necessary and provide any options required by applicable law.

SECTION 35 – COMPLAINTS

We want customers to be satisfied with the service they receive.

If you believe there is a problem with an order or service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant details, photographs or other information that may help us investigate.

We ask that customers give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond to a complaint.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your statutory consumer rights or pursuing any remedy available to you.

SECTION 36 – TERMINATION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We may refuse or terminate an order where reasonably necessary, including because:

  • continuing the requested work would create an unacceptable risk;
  • required information or payment has not been provided;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity;
  • these Terms have been materially breached; or
  • customer conduct falls within Section 21.

Where an order is terminated, we will deal with payments, completed work and return of customer property in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

SECTION 37 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 38 – NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Similarly, exercising one right or remedy does not prevent us from exercising another right or remedy available to us.

SECTION 39 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any applicable service-specific terms, form the agreement governing the relevant Services provided by Funky Tiger Cards.

Additional terms may apply to particular services, including:

  • Card Show Services;
  • Card Show Drop-Offs;
  • grading submissions;
  • consultations;
  • valuations; or
  • other specialist services.

Where additional terms are presented before a service is provided, you must accept them before we undertake the relevant work.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 40 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to you.

Any dispute may be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable UK law.

SECTION 41 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, third-party services or applicable law.

The current version will be made available through our website.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated appropriately.

SECTION 42 – CONTACT INFORMATION

Questions about these Terms or our Services should be directed to Funky Tiger Cards.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By placing an order for a service involving a customer-owned trading card or other collectible item, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant service description and these Terms.

In particular, you acknowledge that:

Restoration involves inherent risk and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Grading assessments are opinions and no particular third-party grade is guaranteed.

Slab cracking permanently destroys the existing holder and carries inherent risks.

Restoration, cleaning, slab cracking or grading may increase, decrease or have no effect on the market value or grade of a card.

Customer packages travelling between our PO Box and Funky HQ ordinarily remain sealed in their original customer packaging and are transported as part of a consolidated Royal Mail Special Delivery consignment.

The standard compensation level selected for that consolidated consignment may be up to £750 for the consignment as a whole and not £750 per individual customer package. Any compensation recovered following a loss involving multiple customer packages will be allocated fairly and proportionately between affected customers.

By proceeding with your order, you authorise Funky Tiger Cards to undertake the services you have selected subject to these Terms and any additional service-specific terms presented to you.

Nothing in this acknowledgement excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
