We understand that sending your collectibles can feel stressful — that’s why we’ve created a safe and secure process from start to finish.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive our secure PO Box address to send your cards to. From there, they’re safely transferred to Funky HQ, where the real magic happens.

Once we receive your cards, we assess each submission against your chosen service. If everything looks good, we get straight to work. If an upgrade is required, we'll reach out first — nothing proceeds without your go-ahead. You'll be notified at every stage, from receipt to return.

When your order is complete, your cards are carefully returned to your nominated address, or sent directly for grading if you’ve selected that service.
